The Salmon River is a premier whitewater destination that features spectacular scenery, Class III rapids, wildlife (moose, bears, bald eagles...), and world-class hiking opportunities. It’s also a great place to explore this region's rich and unique history. Each day, we’ll stop for short side trips to attrcations like the Sheepeater Indian pictographs, pioneer homesteads, abandoned mining claims, and even a hot spring. Add a 90-minute yoga session each morning... for five incredible days of relaxing focus and well-being.

We'll meet in Salmon, Idaho, the day before the trip, have a brief orientation on the evening of the 17th, and then head to the river early the next morning. This trip runs from Corn Creek to Carey Creek. We will start our days on the Salmon with guided meditation, setting the tone for aligning our selves with the flow of nature. Each day will be filled with a 90-minute yoga class, with plenty of time for hiking, swimming in warm water, and relaxing. Your non-yogin family members are, of course, welcome to come on this journey.
