Curriculum

In this training, you’ll get hands-on practice in a supportive environment to help build your confidence as a teacher. You’ll also learn how to:

  • Create inspiring themes and seamlessly weave them into your classes
  • Verbally and physically adjust students
  • Demonstrate poses effectively
  • Integrate great sequencing into your classes

All hours of the immersions and teacher’s training count as credit toward Anusara Yoga® certification.

Prerequisites

100 hours of Anusara Yoga® immersion, a strong working knowledge of the Universal Principles of Alignment, previous in-depth study of the Anusara Yoga® Teachers Training Manual; you must also must submit an application.
